Even in the heaviest rain our tour guide had seen in the two years he’s been doing this, we had a wonderful time. The clouds made for a very pleasant hike to the top of the volcano. I can imagine on a hot day in July this would’ve been much more of a trudge. The swim to the hot springs, while a bit more exhilarating temperature-wise given it was October and raining, was still an adventure. Here’s hoping someone decides to clean up the falling down structure at the hot spring cove area. That would be the only thing I could say negative about this trip. There were even goats on the island staring down at us as we swam. A really unique way to spend time in Santorini. So glad we did it.

This was a great 3 hour boat excursion. Tour guide explained everything very well. I would recommend.

It was a really good experience, but we expected a longer guided tour. The boat was really nice and clean.

Amazing tour. We had a great staff and they made sure that everyone was safe and that no one unintentionally placed themselves in harms way. The tour was perfect and we met great people on it.

Very organized. Lovely boat, enjoyed the volcano and the swim in the hot springs crew were great. Helped everyone in and off the boat.

We enjoyed this excursion as we both love hiking and exploring. We had read the description beforehand so we came prepared with good walking shoes, water, hats and sunscreen. Our tour guide only stopped to talk once on the volcano guided tour so we felt that it wasn't entirely guided however this was fine as we enjoyed exploring the volcano ourselves. The hike is definitely challenging if you are a beginner but definitely manageable if you have somewhat good fitness. The hot spring is not that hot, just slightly warm as you swim further towards the sulphonated water but it was refreshing after the tour so we weren't complaining. You definitely need to be a good swimmer to complete this part, not amazing but know how to swim for at least 50-80 metres comfortably. The water was calm and it was a very pleasant swim. The boat ride was comfortable with stunning views and lots of photo opportunities. The staff were friendly too.

An amazing trip with a lovely guide. Great geology of the volcanic islands of Nea Kammeni and Palaia Kammeni.

Well worth the money to take you to the volcano and a guide from the boat walks up with you and gives basic information but will answer questions you have. Is a steep walk, and do need closed toe shoes. As far as the actual volcano it was not much to see but can feel heat and smell sulphur, however , the views are amazing! The stop at the hot springs was long enough to experience if you wanted to, we did not but had fun watching others. Getting to and from the boat in the port is pretty crazy as the cruise ships tender in making for a lot of people in a relatively small area. Overall worth the time and money.

Good experience. Hard walk up the volcano but the views from the top were amazing. Guide was very informative and stopped at various points to wait for stragglers. Swimming at hot springs was cut short by some idiots not returning to the boat at the volcano at the correct time even though it was told to them on numerous occasions. This meant some people were still swimming to the location of the hot springs when they were called back to the boat to leave. It is a good swim to the hot springs so not suitable for poor swimmers. Flotation woggles were supplied but some still stayed in the boat when they realised how far away it was.
